Pre-order fulfilment for all items will proceed as advertised on our website and item descriptions. Once your pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse and are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipping information.
Our Pulse Seamless Shorts are made just for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for manufacturing, plus an additional 1-2 weeks for any potential delays.
For domestic shipping within Australia, we offer two options: Standard and Express. Standard Shipping has an estimated transit time of 3-7 business days and is free for orders over $150 AUD; otherwise, it incurs a flat rate of $9.99 AUD. Express Shipping provides a faster delivery with an estimated transit time of 1-4 business days and costs $15 AUD.
For international customers, we provide Standard International Shipping, which has an estimated transit time of 6-27 business days. Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location and customs processing. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not issue refunds for changes of mind regarding goods or services supplied. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email at maximactive@outlook.com within seven days of receiving your purchase, including photographic evidence to support your claim along with your order number. We only accept items purchased directly from our website.
For returns, it is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to us via registered post, along with a completed returns form and receipt for postage costs. Please provide us with the postal tracking number. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will confirm receipt via email and process your replacement or exchange, including reimbursement of postage costs if applicable. Delivery Policy: Lost and Misplaced Items
We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced during delivery. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to ensure it reaches you. We do not offer refunds, credit or replacements for orders lost or misplaced in delivery. Please track your shipment and contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
