Exchange & Return Policy
If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, we will happily provide you with a store credit - ensuring the items meet all of the return requirements. We do not offer refunds on non faulty items.
Exchange Policy: For Australian customers, we offer one exchange per order for faulty items only. International customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25 AUD for shipping and handling for faulty items.
Change of Mind Policy: Exchanges for different sizes or store credit are available if return conditions are met (see below). Shipping and handling costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or size. Items remain the customer's responsibility until they reach our facility.
Return Conditions: Items must be unworn (not worked out in etc), unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached. They must be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair. Boxed items must be unopened with the seal unbroken. Adequate packaging is required to prevent damage during return shipping.
Faulty Item Policy: Contact support within 30 days if you believe an item is faulty. Provide images for inspection. If deemed faulty, we offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit if the product is out of stock. Items outside the 30-day period are not eligible for this policy.
Exchange Process: Exchanges are available for different sizes or items if the original does not fit or suit you. Return items promptly as we cannot hold products for exchange. If the exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be provided. Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
Store Credit: Store credit is issued once we receive your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Gift cards are valid for 1 year and are non-refundable. Discount codes are excluded from the store credit value.
