My shipping information is incorrect, how can I fix this?

However, if your item has already been shipped, for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change. Domestic standard orders are sent with Sendle and express orders are sent with Australia Post. International orders are sent with Sendle. Please note Maxim Active will not be held responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete address information.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

Courier delays can sometimes occur, so we ask that you allow 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking details so you can track where your parcel is.

Returns/Exchange: Please note, we do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces (pre-orders). We offer size exchanges if available. We are unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity in your garment.
